June 10, 2008 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 054-08 IN THE MATTER OF ATR KIMENG FINANCIAL CORPORATION ORDER ON PAYMENT OF PENALTY The records on file with this Commission show that ATR KIMENG FINANCIAL CORPORATION, failed to file its 2007 SEC Form 17-A within the period prescribed by SRC Rule 17.1 (1) (A) (i). TASCEc As a result, the company was ordered to pay a fine of One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Pesos (P115,000.00), which it paid on June 10, 2008 as shown by Official Receipt No. 0175247, dated June 10, 2008. The company is admonished to take all appropriate measure to ensure its faithful and timely compliance with SRC Rule 17.1 (1) (A) (i). Any, further violation shall subject the company and/or its responsible officers to heavier penalties as may be provided for by law. SO ORDERED.
