AMENDED REGISTRATION STATEMENT UNDER SRC RULE 14 OF THE SECURITIES REGULATION CODE O R D E R Upon consideration of the Amended Registration Statement and other papers and documents attached thereto which were filed on behalf of SLMC BONIFACIO GLOBAL CITY MAB CORP. (SLMC-MAB), the Commission, in its meeting of May 15, 2008, resolved to render effective the said Amended Registration Statement reflecting the increase in the Offer Price from P550,000.00-P2,517,500.00 each to P577,000.00-P2,643,375.00 of its Redeemable and Non-Voting No-Par Value Shares.
