April 29, 2008 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 045-08 IN THE MATTER OF THE FIL-ESTATE LAND, INC. VIOLATION OF SRC RULE 17 ORDER ON PAYMENT OF PENALTY The records on file with this Commission show that FIL-ESTATE LAND, INC., failed to file its Annual Report for the period ended September 30, 2007 (SEC Form 17-A) within the period prescribed by SRC Rule 17.1 (1) (A) (i). As a result, the company was ordered to pay a fine of Two Hundred Sixteen Thousand Pesos (P216,000.00), which it paid on April 29, 2008 as shown by Official Receipt No. 0164029, dated April 29, 2008. AHCaED The company is admonished to take all appropriate measures to ensure its faithful and timely compliance with Securities Regulation Code and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
