March 18, 2009 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 042-09 IN THE MATTER OF FIRST FILIPINAS CAPITAL CORPORATION VIOLATION OF SECTION 26 OF THE CORPORATION C OD E OF THE PHILIPPINES ORDER ON PAYMENT OF PENALTY The records on file with this Commission show that FIRST FILIPINAS CAPITAL CORPORATION failed to file its General Information Sheets for 2004 and 2005 within the period prescribed by Sec. 26 of the Corporation Code of the Philippines. IDTcHa As a result, the company was ordered to pay a fine of Five Thousand Pesos (P5,000.00) which it paid on March 12, 2009 under OR# 0270166. The company is admonished to take all appropriate measures to ensure its faithful and timely compliance with the said law. Any further violation shall subject the company and/or its responsible officers to a heavier penalty pursuant to the Scale of Penalties per SEC Guidelines dated July 31, 2002. SO ORDERED.
