Annual Fees for 2008 up to 2011; 2. Audited Financial Statements for 2008 up to 2010; 3. Special Form of Financial Statements for 2007 up to 2010; 4. Interim Financial Statements for 2008 up to 2010 (1st and 2nd Quarters); 5. General Information Sheets for 2005 up to 2010; 6. Certification of Compliance Officer on the extent of the company's compliance with its Manual on Corporate Governance for 2008 and 2009; 7. Corporate Secretary's Certification on the attendance of directors to board meetings for 2009 and 2009; n and 8. AMLA Compliance Form. Despite receipt of notice and demand letter dated 22 June 2011 on 05 July 2011 to the company, 1 as well as its directors/officers, no compliance has been made by the company. Moreover, the SEC examiner reported that the office of the subject-corporation is no longer in existence. According to the security guard of the subject building, Puregold, Jr. Supermarket has been occupying the place for almost a year. Pursuant to the resolution of the Commission in its meeting on 19 January 2012, the company's Certificate of Authority to Operate as a Financing Company is hereby REVOKED. Let a copy of this Order be sent to the principal address of the company, the City Hall of Manila and posted in the Commission's official website for the information and guidance of the public.
