March 17, 2008 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 033-08 IN RE: PETITION FOR VOLUNTARY REVOCATION PRINCESSA HOLIDAY RESORT, INC., petitioner ORDER OF REVOCATION The records on file with this Commission show that on August 3, 2007, a Verified Petition for Voluntary Revocation was filed by Princessa Holiday Resort, Inc. seeking the cancellation of its securities registration in view of the change of the company's sales and marketing policy and considering further that no sale of any membership certificate has been attempted or made. Pursuant to the resolution of the Commission in its meeting on March 13, 2008, the company's Petition for Voluntary Revocation is hereby GRANTED and its Registration of Securities and Permit to Sell Securities are hereby REVOKED, without prejudice to any action of the Commission on its Petition for Review of the denial of its request for reconsideration of the P69,500 assessed penalty for failure to timely file its 2007 1st Quarter Report. This revocation order, however, shall not exempt the company from complying with its reportorial obligations under the Securities Regulation Code or other pertinent laws, pursuant to SRC Rule 13 (5) and SEC Resolution No. 274, Series of 2007. cEAIHa Let a copy of this Order be posted in the Commission's official website for the information and guidance of the public.
