March 12, 2008 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 026-A-08 IN THE MATTER OF THE INTERPORT RESOURCES CORPORATION VIOLATION OF SRC RULE 17 ORDER ON PAYMENT OF PENALTY The records on file with this Commission show that INTERPORT RESOURCES CORPORATION failed to file its 2006 and 2007 Current Report (SEC Form 17-C) relative to the postponement of its annual stockholders' meeting within the period prescribed by SRC Rule 17.1 (1) (A) (iii). As a result, the company was ordered to pay a fine of Two Hundred Seventy Two Thousand Six Hundred Pesos, which it paid on March 11, 2008 as shown by Official Receipt No. 0139906, dated March 11, 2008. The company is admonished to take all appropriate measures to ensure its faithful and timely compliance with Securities Regulation Code and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
