March 7, 2008 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 025-08 IN THE MATTER OF PCI LEASING AND FINANCE, INC. ORDER ON PAYMENT OF PENALTY The records on file with this Commission show that PCI LEASING AND FINANCE, INC. violated SRC Rule 68 for misstatement in its audited financial statements for the years 2004, 2005 and 2006. As a result, the company was ordered to pay a fine of Three Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand Pesos (Php327,000.00), which it paid on March 7, 2008 as shown by Official Receipt No. 0146821, dated March 7, 2008. The company is admonished to take all appropriate measures to ensure its faithful and timely compliance with SRC Rule 68. Any further violation shall subject the company and/or its responsible officer to heavier penalties as may be provided for by law. SO ORDERED. EDSA, Greenhills, Mandaluyong City, Philippines.
