March 4, 2008 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 024-08 IN THE MATTER OF FIL-ESTATE CORPORATION VIOLATION OF SRC RULE 17.1 (1) (A) (i) O R D E R FIL-ESTATE CORPORATION having violated SRC Rule 17.1 (1) (A) (i) for late filing of its 2006 Annual Report (SEC Form 17-A), was penalized for such violation and required to pay a total of One Million One Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Pesos (P1,186,000.00). The company paid the aforementioned penalty on March 3, 2008 under Official Receipt Number 0144067. AaECSH By this Order, the company is warned that, henceforth, it must endeavor to take such measures as will ensure faithful compliance with the requirements of the Rule, otherwise, the Commission shall impose more drastic sanctions against the company as warranted under Section 54 of the Securities Regulation Code.
