March 6, 2008 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 023-08 IN RE: DIAMOND ASIA PROPERTIES AND BUILDERS CORPORATION ORDER OF SUSPENSION The records on file with this Commission show that DIAMOND ASIA PROPERTIES AND BUILDERS CORPORATION has violated SRC Rule 14 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Securities Regulation Code for its failure to submit its Amended Registration Statement to reflect its new target completion date, incorporating therein all exhibits as well as its updated financial information. cIETHa In spite of notice and demand, the company has failed to submit its Amended Registration Statement in accordance with the requirements of said Rule. Pursuant to the resolution of the Commission in its meeting on February 7, 2008, the company's Registration of Securities is hereby SUSPENDED for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of this Order, or until the company is able to submit its Amended Registration Statement to reflect its new target completion date, incorporating therein all exhibits as well as its updated financial information. If the company fails to submit its Amended Registration Statement to reflect its new target completion date, incorporating therein all exhibits as well as its updated financial information within the said period, the Commission shall immediately initiate proceedings for the revocation of its Registration of Securities which will entail the refund of all payments made by the company's existing investors.
