VIOLATION OF RULE 17 OF THE SECURITIES REGULATION CODE O R D E R The records on file with this Commission show that Pampanga Sugar Development Company, Inc. failed to file its Current Report (SEC Form 17-C) within the period prescribed by Securities Regulation Code (SRC) Rule 17.1 (1) (A) (iii) (2) (c). cSaATC As a result, the company was ordered to pay a fine of THIRTY EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS (P38,600.00) which it paid on February 22, 2008 as shown by Official Receipt Number 141734, dated February 22, 2008. The company is admonished to take all appropriate measures to ensure its faithful and timely compliance with SRC Rule 17.1 (1) (A) (iii) (2) (c).
