February 1, 2008 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 015-08 IN THE MATTER OF ASIAN CABLE ENTERPRISES, INC. (ACCESS) O R D E R Asian Cable Enterprises, Inc. ("ACCESS"), having violated SRC Rule 8 and 12 for issuance of Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Forty (8,840) common shares at a par value of One Thousand Pesos (Php1,000.00) each or a total of Eight Million Eight Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (Php8,840,000.00) worth of common shares from its unissued capital stock without prior registration and/or licensing or an exemption therefrom secured from this Commission was penalized in the amount of Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php260,000.00), which the company paid under Official Receipt No. 5501317 on February 1, 2008. By this Order, subject corporation is warned that, henceforth, it shall endeavor to take such measure as will ensure faithful compliance with the requirements of the Code and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Otherwise, the Commission shall impose heavier penalties for a repetition of the same violation in accordance with SEC Memorandum Circular No. 6, Series of 2005. CTAIHc SO ORDERED.
