February 8, 2008 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 014-08 IN THE MATTER OF THE PHILIPPINE SAVINGS BANK, issuer . REGISTRATION OF SECURITIES O R D E R Upon consideration of the Registration Statement and other papers and documents attached thereto filed for and on behalf of PHILIPPINE SAVINGS BANK, the Commission, in its meeting of November 20, 2007, resolved to render effective the Registration Statement of said company for the registration of Thirty Eight Million Three Hundred Fourteen Thousand One Hundred Seventy Six (38,314,176) common shares, pursuant to Section 12 of the Securities Regulation Code and its Implementing Rules and Regulations: ASTcaE Let a Certificate of Permit to Offer Securities for Sale be issued in favor of PHILIPPINE SAVINGS BANK, authorizing the sale of the above securities. Finally, let a copy of this ORDER be published at the expense of the corporation once in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines within ten (10) days from date hereof.
