January 28, 2008 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 011-08 IN THE MATTER OF COSMOS BOTTLING CORPORATION VIOLATION OF RULE 17.1 (1) (A) (ii) OF THE SECURITIES REGULATION C OD E O R D E R COSMOS BOTTLING CORPORATION, having violated SRC Rule 17.1 (1) (A) (ii) due to the late filing of its 2007 1st, 2nd and 3rd Quarter Reports (SEC Form 17-O), was penalized, for such violation and required to pay a total penalty of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P138,500.00) which it paid under Official Receipt No. 0136828 on January 28, 2008. The company is warned that, henceforth, it must endeavor to take such measures as will ensure faithful compliance with the requirements of the Code and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, otherwise, the Commission will be constrained to impose heavier penalties on the company and/or its responsible officer(s).
