January 24, 2008 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 008-08 IN THE MATTER OF THE THUNDERBIRD PORO DEVELOPMENT VENTURES, INC. REGISTRATION OF SECURITIES UNDER SECTIONS 8 AND 12 OF THE SECURITIES REGULATION CODE O R D E R Upon consideration of the Registration Statement and other papers and documents attached thereto, duly signed by the company's authorized officer/s, filed on behalf of THUNDERBIRD PORO DEVELOPMENT VENTURES, INC., the Commission in its meeting on January 24, 2008, resolved to render effective the same for the registration of the company's Thirteen Million Two Hundred Thousand (13,200,000) Vacation Points at the offer price of P40.00 each. A Certificate of Permit to Offer Securities for Sale in favor of THUNDERBIRD PORO DEVELOPMENT VENTURES, INC., authorizing the sale of the above securities is hereby issued with this Order. Let a copy of this ORDER be published at the expense of the corporation once in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines within ten (10) days from date hereof.
