January 18, 2010 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 006-10 IN THE MATTER OF EQUAL PRIME LINK CREDIT AND FINANCE CORPORATION FOR: REVOCATION OF THE CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY (CA) TO OPERATE AS A FINANCING COMPANY ORDER Records on file with this Commission show that: 1. Six (6) separate notices and assessments (02 February 2007; 20 February 2007; 22 October 2007; 28 March 2008; 15 April 2008 and 07 April 2009) were mailed to the principal office address of the corporation, as well as to all of its directors/officers but all were returned to sender; and 2. On 08 June 2009, it was found out in an ocular inspection that the company no longer holds office in its principal office address. Pursuant to the resolution of the Commission in its meeting on 03 December 2009, the company's Certificate of Authority to Operate as a Financing Company is hereby REVOKED. Let a copy of this Order be sent to the principal address of the company, Municipal Hall, Cabuyao, Laguna and posted in the Commission's official website for the information and guidance of the public.
