October 5, 2007 CORPORATION FINANCE DEPARTMENT IN THE MATTER OF I-REMIT, INC., registrant REGISTRATION OF SECURITIES ORDER Upon consideration of the Registration Statement and other papers and documents attached thereto which were filed for and on behalf of I-REMIT, INC., the Commission resolved, in its meeting on September 13, 2007, to render effective the same for the registration of One Hundred Forty Million Six Hundred Four Thousand (140,604,000) common shares comprising of One Hundred Seven Million Four Hundred Seventeen Thousand (107,417,000) common shares which shall be offered by way of a primary offering at a price of Php4.68 per share and up to Thirty-Three Million One Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand (33,187,000) common shares to be sold in a secondary offering at the same offer price; and Four Hundred Fifty-Four Million Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand (454,950,000) outstanding common shares with par value of Php1.00 per share, pursuant to Section 12 of the Securities Regulation Code and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Let a Certificate of Permit to Offer Securities for Sale be issued in favor of the subject company authorizing the sale and distribution of the aforementioned securities. Let this Order be published at the expense of the corporation once in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines within ten (10) days from date hereof.
