February 9, 2005 IN THE MATTER OF S & F FINANCE CORPORATION APPLICATION FOR A CERTIFICATES OF AUTHORITY TO ESTABLISH OR OPERATE BRANCH OFFICES NOTICE AND ORDER Notice is hereby given that the above-named corporation has filed an applications for a Certificates of Authority to establish operate branch offices in Tuguegarao City and Iba, Zambales, pursuant to Section 6 of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Provisions of R.A. 8556 (The Financing Company Act of 1998). Its principal office shall be at 2/F Siapno Bldg. Perez Blvd., Dagupan City. Capital Structure of the Applicant: Authorized Capital Stock P20,000,000.00 Subscribed Capital Stock 13,000,000.00 Paid-up Capital Stock 13,000,000.00 According to the papers/documents presented, the following persons are the directors/officers of the corporation: Name Position Romualdo C. Estanactoc Cashier-Zambales Branch This Notice and Order shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks and shall be simultaneously posted in a public and conspicuous place in the City/Municipality where the office of the company is proposed to be located and in the office of the Commission. AIDSTE Any interested party may oppose the application in writing, personally or through counsel within two (2) weeks after the last publication of the Notice. If the Commission finds that the requirements of R.A. No. 8556, the implementing Rules and Regulations and other pertinent laws have been complied with and no valid reason exists for the disapproval of the subject application, the Commission shall take appropriate action on said applications.
