(the "Beach Club") for the registration of Four Thousand (4,000) Common Shares, with par value of One Thousand Pesos (PhP1,000.00) per share, each representing one proprietary club membership in the Beach Club. All the aforesaid 4,000 Common Shares shall be offered for sale on a secondary basis by Costa del Hamilo, Inc. at an initial Offer Price of Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP400,000.00) each.
