N O T I C E Notice is hereby given that on April 11, 2008, an amendment to the Registration Statement and Prospectus of ANVAYA COVE BEACH AND NATURE CLUB, INC. (the "Club") dated April 6, 2008 was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to reflect the following: 1. Amendment to the By-laws of the Club providing for a new category of dependents called "Senior Dependents" who are defined as unmarried, legitimate children, 25 years and older but not over 32 years of age who may be granted usage rights to the same extent as the Club member, subject to the payment of dues of not more than 50% of the regular monthly dues payable by the Club member, and provided, that the President shall determine the date when such usage rights of Senior Dependents shall become effective.
