2007 CORPORATION FINANCE DEPARTMENT IN THE MATTER OF I-REMIT, INC., registrant REGISTRATION OF SECURITIES NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on 10 August 2007, a sworn registration Statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of I-Remit, Inc . (the "Company") for the registration of a maximum of Five Hundred Sixty-Two Million Four Hundred Seventeen Thousand (562,417,000) of the Company's Common Shares of which, up to One Hundred Forty Million Six Hundred Four Thousand (140,604,000) Common Shares will be sold in an Initial Public Offering, consisting of up to One Hundred Seven Million Four Hundred Seventeen Thousand (107,417,000) New Unclassified Common Shares to be issued on a Primary Basis and up to Thirty-Three Million One Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand (33,187,000) Common Shares to be sold on a Secondary Basis, at an Offer Price of between P4.00 to P5.77.
