REGISTRATION OF SECURITIES NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on August 2, 2006, a registration statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of Philippine Stock Index Fund, Corp . for the registration of One Million Eight Hundred Thousand (1,800,000) common shares with the par value of One Hundred Pesos (P100.00) each or an aggregate value of One Hundred Eighty Million Pesos (P180,000,000.00), representing the latest increase in its authorized capital stock.
