May 2005 IN THE MATTER OF MAA PRIVILEGE EURO FIXED INCOME FUND, INC., registrant. NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on May 3, 2005, an Amended Prospectus was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of MAA Privilege Euro Fixed Income Fund, Inc. , reflecting the following revisions: Revisions Original Registration Statement Proposed Amendments Name of the Fund MAA Peso Fixed Income Fund, Inc. MAA Privilege Euro Fixed Income Fund Inc. To invest in medium to long-term fixed To invest in medium to long-term income securities. The Fund's investment euro-denominated fixed income may include, but are not limited to instruments including but not Treasury Bills, Treasury Notes; Treasury limited to Treasury Notes, Bonds, Central Bank Certificate of Treasury Bonds, Central Bank Use of Proceeds Indebtedness, other government securities Certificate of Indebtedness, other or bonds, commercial debts instruments government securities or bonds as issued by Philippine private sector well as commercial debt corporations as well as savings and time instruments of government and deposits of government-owned and private corporations issued in the private sector-owned banks. Minimum initial Minimum initial investment of P5,000 The minimum initial investment and subsequent worth of shares and P500 worth of shares is 100 euros and subsequent investment for additional purchase.
