March 3, 2011 CORPORATION FINANCE DEPARTMENT TO : All Listed Companies, Registered Issuers of Securities, Public Companies and Grantees of Secondary Licenses from the Commission SUBJECT : Extension of the Deadline to Submit the Revised Manual on Corporate Governance for Covered Companies NOTICE Pursuant to SEC Resolution No. 11, Series of 2011 all covered companies were directed to: (i) comply with SEC Memorandum Circular No. 6, Series of 2009 in adopting the mandatory provisions of the Revised Code of Corporate Governance in their Revised Manual on Corporate Governance; (ii) correct the deficiencies therein and (iii) submit their Revised Manuals to the Commission within fifteen (15) days from receipt of notice. In view of the several requests received by the Commission and considering the fact that the revisions will have to be approved/adopted by the companies' respective Board of Directors, the Commission in its meeting on February 18, 2011 RESOLVED to extend the deadline for the submission of the Revised Manual on Corporate Governance to March 31, 2011 without any further extension.
