NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on February 15, 2007, an Amended Registration Statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of ALFM Peso Bond Fund, Inc. to reflect the following amendments thereof: (1.) Change in the name of the company from Ayala Life Fixed Income Fund, Inc. to ALFM Peso Bond Fund, Inc.; and (2.) Reduction in the minimum initial investment/maintaining balance from P100,000.00 to P50,000.00.
