August 14, 2001 SEC-CFD * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 10-01 TO : All Concerned RE : Requirements for Filing Applications for Exemptive Relief Under SRC Rule 19.1 and Section 72.1 of the Securities Regulation Code Every person seeking exemptive relief from the mandatory tender offer requirements pursuant to SRC Rule 19.1(3)(a) and from other requirements pursuant to Section 72.1 of the Code shall file a letter-request, stating therein the facts and ground/s for exemption, and shall be duly signed by the president of the company, or his duly authorized representative. All supporting documents shall be attached to the said letter. No application for exemptive relief shall be received unless the foregoing are complied with together with the filing fee of Five Thousand Pesos (P5,000.00).
