March 22, 2013 SEC-CFD * MEMORANDUM TO : Listed Companies SUBJECT : ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard Assessment Run In preparation for the 2015 target participation to the top publicly listed companies (PLCs) list, the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) will do a series of runs evaluating the PLCs using the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS). The first evaluation run will be in May 2013. In this regard, all PLCs are advised to participate in the aforementioned test run. A summary of the results will be submitted to the SEC thereafter.
