December 16, 2009 CORPORATION FINANCE DEPARTMENT NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC Please be informed that the Certificate of Authority to Operate as a Financing Company of SAN NICOLAS TEACHER CREDIT & FINANCE CORPORATION has been REVOKED by this Commission in its meeting held on 3 December 2009 for the corporation's failure to comply with/submit reportorial and other requirements of the Commission. Clients with existing financing and/or loan transactions with the company shall still pay their respective financial obligations to the company as they fall due.
