ORDER For consideration is the Motion for Reconsideration dated 28 June 2010 filed by the respondent-appellee. Under Section 3-6 of the 2006 Rules of Procedure of the Commission, a motion for reconsideration is a prohibited pleading, to wit: "Sec. 3-6. Prohibited Pleading.
