O R D E R Acting on the petitioners' Urgent Ex-Parte Motion dated 28 December 1987, praying that this Commission send representatives to supervise the election of Bian-Pasay Drivers Association, Inc. at Bian-Laguna on December 29, 1987, and finding said motion to be well taken, the same is hereby GRANTED.
