O R D E R By agreement of the parties, a Committee is hereby created to perform temporarily the functions of the board of directors and officers of Bian-Pasay Drivers Association, Inc. during the effectivity of the Restraining Order or until December 23, 1987, to be composed of the following: 1. Angelito de los Reyes, member/representative of the plaintiffs; 2 Gregorio Basbas, member/representative of the plaintiffs; 3. Manuel Dolores, member/representative of the defendants; CIHTac 4. Eleno Francisco, member/representative of the defendants. The said Committee is hereby directed to comply with this Order effective immediately.
