O R D E R A verified complaint with a prayer for a writ of preliminary prohibitory and/or mandatory injunction having filed with this Commission and it appearing that the same is sufficient in form and substance, the respondents are hereby directed to filed their answer thereto within ten (10) days from receipt of this Order.
