O R D E R Acting on the Ex-parte Manifestation and Motion dated November 10, 1987 filed by petitioner, through counsel, the corporate secretary of West Negros College is hereby put on notice that the above-entitled case has been commenced and is pending before this Commission praying , among others, for the nullification of transfers of shares on the questioned 7,500 shares of stock covered by stock certificate No. 1547.
