[SEC CASE NO. 3222. October 15, 1987.] ARTEMIO VALDEZ, ET AL. , petitioners , vs . MANUEL L. GONZALES , respondent . O R D E R When the above-entitled case was called for hearing on September 29, 1987, both parties failed to appear. An examination of the records show that while there was a return of the request for service to the Station Commander of the Integrated National Police of Cauayan, Isabela duly received by the Station Commander of said municipality, there was no proof showing that the Order of this Commission dated September 10, 1987 together with the petition had been received by the parties themselves. This probably explains the reason why the parties failed to appear on the scheduled date of hearing last September 29, 1987. In view of the foregoing, the hearing on the injunctive relief as well as the application for the creation of a management committee being prayed for is again hereby set for November 16, 1987 at 10:00 o'clock in the morning at the 3rd floor, SEC Bldg., EDSA, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila. aCcHEI Let copy of this Order together with the copy of the petition be furnished the respondent for him to be able to file his answer thereto within fifteen (15) days from receipt hereof. ADECcI SO ORDERED. (SGD.) ALBERTO P. ATAS Hearing Officer
