DJUVEL MANAGEMENT & CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC. , respondent . O R D E R For failure of the respondent to appear in today's hearing despite receipt of the Order dated October 16, 1987, and upon motion of petitioner's counsel, respondent is deemed to have waived its right to cross-examine the petitioner. Likewise, petitioner's Motion To Declare Respondent in Default dated October 9, 1987 is hereby GRANTED. acHDTE Anent the petitioner's formal offer of evidence, exhibits "A"; "B"; "C"; "D"; "D-1" up to "D-7"; "E"; "F" are hereby admitted in evidence for the petitioner for the incident of injunction as well as the merits of the case.
