[SEC CASE NO. 3215. November 18, 1987.] SPOUSES SANTIAGO S. AMPLAYO, ET AL. , petitioners , vs . SALVACION A. FRIAL , respondent . O R D E R When this case was called for hearing, Atty. Leopoldo Valcarcel, Jr. who appeared for the respondent moved and reiterated the request of Atty. Arturo M. Alinio, the counsel of record for the respondent, for the postponement of today's and tomorrow's scheduled hearings on the ground that counsel has an intransferrable commitments in Iloilo City. The Commission, over the objection of petitioners' counsel, granted the said motion on condition that no further postponement will be entertained. DEcTCa WHEREFORE, the hearings set for today and tomorrow are hereby cancelled and reset to December 10, 1987 at 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon with a warning that the above setting is intransferrable in character.
