[SEC CASE NO. 3209. September 21, 1987.] JORGE DUMATOL , petitioner , vs . RICHARD TEE, ET AL. , respondents . O R D E R Acting on petitioner's Urgent Ex-Parte Motion dated September 15, 1987, asking that he be allowed to adduce evidence ex-parte regarding the injunction incident and considering that respondents failed to appear during the last scheduled hearing without even filing the necessary motion to postpone, said respondents are deemed to have waived their right to adduce evidence and to cross-examine petitioner's witnesses.
