Roman Villanueva, Jr., dated September 23, 1987, and finding the said motion to be well-taken, the same is hereby GRANTED. WHEREFORE, let the two (2) Deeds of Assignment executed by petitioner Eufrosina Velasco dated May 14, 1987 and May 15, 1987, respectively, be referred to the National Bureau of Investigations (NBI) for examination of the signatures appearing above the typewritten name Eufrosina T.
