[SEC CASE NO. 3198. December 15, 1987.] ROSITA KHO , complainant , vs . KINGLY COMMODITIES TRADERS AND MULTI-RESOURCES, INC., ET AL. , respondents . O R D E R When the case was called for today's hearing, only counsel for complainant appeared while counsel for respondents failed to appear despite due notice. Thereupon, said counsel after brief manifestation orally moved among other things that respondents be deemed to have waived their right to cross-examine witness and to allow him to present his evidence ex-parte, which motions were granted by the Commission. Complainant's counsel then proceeded to present complainant herself as the only witness in the case and after said counsel had completed his direct examination, he requested for five (5) days within which to formally offer his exhibits in writing. ECaITc WHEREFORE, complainant's counsel is hereby given a period of five (5) days from today within which to file his formal offer of exhibits after which the same would be submitted for resolution. In the meantime, hearing shall be continued on February 5, 1988 at 9:00 o'clock in the morning for the reception of respondents' evidence. SO ORDERED. (SGD.) ANTERO F.L. VILLAFLOR, JR.
