[SEC CASE NO. 3196. July 15, 1987.] NIRA ESPILOY-SALES , petitioner-complainant , vs . ORIENTAL PLANTATION, INC., MASARU YAMAMOTO AND JOSEPHINE DE DIOS-YAMAMOTO , respondents . O R D E R A verified petition praying among others for the appointment of a receiver, having been filed and it appearing that it is sufficient in form and substance, the respondents are hereby directed to file their answer thereto within fifteen (15) days from receipt hereof. The hearing on the appointment of a receiver is hereby set on July 31, 1987 at 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon.
