[SEC CASE NO. 3194. July 3, 1987.] JOSE ELPIDIO O. ISIP , petitioner , vs . PHILIPPINE LONG DISTANCE TELEPHONE COMPANY , respondent . O R D E R A verified petition with a prayer for the issuance of preliminary injunction and/or restraining order having been filed before the Commission, and it appearing that the same is sufficient in form and substance, respondent is hereby directed to file its responsive pleading thereto within fifteen (15) days from receipt hereof.
