O R D E R Acting upon the Ex-Parte Motion For Appointment of Special Sheriff dated July 29, 1987, filed by the counsel for the petitioner, and finding said ex-parte motion to be meritorious, the same should be, as it is hereby GRANTED. WHEREFORE, Deputy Sheriff FELICIANO GERVACIO of the City of Manila is hereby designated Special Sheriff solely for the purpose of effecting the service of the writ of preliminary injunction issued by this Commission on July 29, 1987.
