[SEC CASE NO. 3193. July 2, 1987.] IGLESIA FILIPINA INDEPENDIENTE THROUGH ITS SUPREME HEAD, MSGR. MACARIO V. GA , petitioner , vs . BISHOP SOLIMAN F. GANNO, ET AL. , respondents . O R D E R Acting upon the Ex-parte Motion For Appointment of Special Sheriff dated July 2, 1987, filed by the counsel for the petitioner, and finding said ex-parte motion to be meritorious, the same should be, as it is hereby GRANTED. WHEREFORE, Deputy Sheriff Feliciano Gervacio of the City of Manila is hereby designated Special Sheriff solely for the purpose of effecting the service of the temporary restraining order issued by this Commission on June 29, 1987 to the herein respondents.
