[SEC CASE NO. 3192. September 24, 1987.] MEMBERS OF THE BANGKAL-BINAN DRIVERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., led by RODRIGO BERNABE and LEONARDO ARCE , complainants , vs . HILARIO CASTRO, ET AL. , respondents . O R D E R When this case was called for hearing, only two (2) of the respondents appeared namely: Conrado Masana and Lamberto Sta. Ana, despite due notice on the other respondents. Counsel for the complainants then continued his presentation of evidence in the incident of injunction by presenting two (2) witnesses including respondent Conrado Masana as hostile witness. HTcDEa The continuation of complainants' presentation of evidence as well as the cross-examination of the adverse party on the witnesses presented by complainant was accordingly set on October 8, 1987 at 9:00 o'clock in the morning.
