[SEC CASE NO. 3190. July 28, 1987.] JOVENCIO Y. KARAAN, ET AL. , petitioners , vs . CESAR C. ROSALES, ET AL. , respondents . O R D E R Acting upon the Manifestation and Motion dated July 25, 1987 and the Manifestation and Motion dated July 27, 1987, both filed by the counsel for the petitioners, and finding the aforesaid, motions to be meritorious, both are hereby GRANTED. WHEREFORE, Mr. Cesar C. Rosales or Cesar L.K. Rosales, Jr., representing the respondents is hereby directed to sign 1) the documents pertaining to the Republic Planters Bank loan and; 2) the Check No. 283887 in the amount of Sixteen Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Five Pesos & 50/100 (P16,355.50) representing payment for the embroidery bond premium, otherwise this Commission will be constrained to allow the representative of the petitioners in the person of Mrs. Teresita K.
