[SEC CASE NO. 3189. July 3, 1987.] TRANS-FUTURE COMPANY, INCORPORATED PHILS., (represented herein by stockholder FRANCISCO LEJANO) , petitioners , vs . DANTE C. CABBAB, ROMEO C. MONTECLARO, RAMIRO L. MACAPAGAL. GREGORIO C. MONTECLARO, PACITA G. MONTECLARO, MARILOU C. MACAPAGAL, JAIME C. MONTECLARO, and HIGHPOINT INTERNATIONAL, INCORPORATED , respondents . O R D E R A verified petition with a prayer for a restraining order/writ of preliminary injunction and the immediate appointment of a receiver having been filed with this Commission and it appearing that the same is sufficient in form and substance, the respondents are hereby directed to file their answer thereto within fifteen (15) days from receipt of the Order. In the meantime, the application for the injunctive relief and appointment of a receiver is hereby set for hearing on July 8, 1987, at 9:00 o'clock in the morning, at the SEC Building, EDSA, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila.
