[SEC CASE NO. 3177. August 28, 1987.] ORIENTAL PETROLEUM AND MINERALS CORPORATION, ET AL. , petitioners , vs . YAO SHIONG SHIO, ET AL. , respondents . O R D E R Acting upon the Manifestation and Motion dated August 26, 1987, filed by respondents Yao Shiong Shio, et al., through counsel, informing this Commission that on August 19, 1987 a petition for the annulment of the August 11, 1987 order issued in the instant case has been filed and praying that the proceedings in the above-entitled case be suspended pending the resolution of the said petition before the Commission en banc, and finding the above motion to be well taken coupled with the fact that one of the issues raised therein was the question of jurisdiction, the motion should be, as it is hereby GRANTED. ESTcIA WHEREFORE, further proceedings in the above-entitled case is hereby suspended pending resolution of the petition before the Commission en banc and accordingly, the hearing scheduled on September 1 and 2, 1987, are hereby cancelled.
