[SEC CASE NO. 3166. September 8, 1987.] QUEZON CITY JAYCEES, INC. , petitioner , vs . PHIL. JAYCEES, INC., ET AL. , respondents . O R D E R When the case was called for today's hearing only counsel for respondent appeared while counsel for petitioner failed to appear despite notice. Thereupon, said counsel, orally moved for the lifting of restraining order and denial of injunction for petitioner's failure to prosecute his motion in view of his absence, which oral motion was granted by the Commission, thereby lifting the restraining order and denying the prayer for injunctive relief subject matter of today's hearing. Respondent's counsel, likewise prayed for additional fifteen (15) days to file memorandum on another incident on injunction which was granted by the Commission but only for a period of ten (10) days from today.
