O R D E R When this case was called for hearing, only petitioner and respondent Renato Zabala appeared despite notice to the other respondents. Thereafter, petitioner Renato Q. Lambino was presented by the counsel as his first witness in lieu of Mrs. Adela B. Frianeza who failed to appear despite subpoena duly served to her. After the direct examination of the witness, counsel of respondent Zabala manifested that he will not cross examine the witness. Thereupon, petitioner's counsel moved that the right of the other respondents to cross-examination shall be considered to have been waived of which motion was granted by the Commission. TDESCa Continuation of hearing for the petitioner to present additional witness is hereby set on January 20, 1988 at 10:00 o'clock in the morning at the 3rd Floor, SEC Bldg., EDSA, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila.
