[SEC CASE NO. 3150. September 24, 1987.] VIRRA REALTY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION , plaintiffs , vs . VIRRA MALL GREENHILLS ASSOCIATION, INC. , defendant . O R D E R When this case was called for hearing on the plaintiff's Motion for Leave To Amend Amended Complaint, only counsel for the defendant appeared despite due notice to the plaintiff's counsel. Thereupon, counsel for the defendant manifested to file her opposition today. As prayed for, in the event that plaintiff will file a reply, counsel for the defendant is given ten (10) days from receipt within which to file her rejoinder thereto.
